COMMENTS: Had an awesome run in Denver. What a GORGEOUS morning! I went down Arapahoe Drive away from Centennial, and after about 2.5 miles, I could see the sun rising above the mountain range, and it was SPECTACULAR. What an awesome world God has created. I wish Joy had been here so much, just so she could have seen it. We will DEFINITELY be coming back together.
Anyway, back to my run. Even in the thinner air, I had a good run. There was a .5 mile hill that was a little tough on breathing, but not too bad. All in all, I think I did great.
