Good run this morning. Yasso 800s 8x800 at 3:30 or better w/ .25 recovery between.
A hint of a hip muscle pull during my final 2 miles. Reminded me of last year when I had that terrible pull. I held up on my pace and tried not to stretch that left side at all during the final 2 miles.
Not feeling it after the run, but will do several light stretches to try and sense if there is any problem.
Also had a "section" of my right quad felt like it was bruised last night. Not a knot in the muscle as much a bruise. But no discoloring.
