Cool morning. Not too many problems keeping it around 8:32, but I felt I was leaning toward 8:38 the entire run.
Feeling healthy and stronger with the scheduled rest days. Tomorrow 10 miles with 8x800 at 3:30. Should be a tough workout, looking forward to being on the track again.
Weight is holding steady in the mid-150s. This is good. Need to keep it down. Believe 5-10lbs will make a difference in the end.
