6:43 pace for my 8 600s. give or take. That's about where I wanted to be. Felt fine except the crappy condition of the track, but as a wise man once told me…it's oval shaped, it's a track, and it's 2 blocks from your house- no excuses.

6 and 3/4 miles. wasn't expecting to see that when it was all said and done.
