Interesting is the fact I had no idea I was at the 45:00 mark or I would have pushed it just enough to get under.
Tough with the wind and rain and I was just plain tired to start with. Yesterday was a day off, but had a work out that just drained my legs last night.
The goal: 7:26-7:38/ mile. Hit it. Satisfied.
A lot of warm-up and cool down drills, but not much distance, so didn't record it.
