Change in plans for the rest of the week. May take some time off. Plantar Fasciitis is really acting up in my right foot. Might be all the time on my feet at night with this musical. It ends this weekend. Doing some more stretching after I run and looking back at my PT when I battled this 3-4 years ago. It might not be as bad as I think. It is just irritating and doesn't hurt more in the morning or night, just bothering me 24/7 at this point and feels fine when I run.
