Notes

This was a 400 interval workout. 2 mile warm-up, drills, 8x400m @mile race pace effort with equal jog distance b/w odd reps and equal time standing rest b/w even reps + 1 mile cool-down = 7 miles total.

I felt good during the first 2 reps, but reps 3-6 got increasingly harder. Maybe it was because I wan't being very mentally strong. I tried to kick it in on reps 7 & 8.

Rep splits: 83,89, 90, 91, 93, 94, 87, 88

The sunset was SO PRETTY! Jesus is amazing.
