Notes

This workout was short and sweet! 2 mile warm-up, 8 x 2 minutes at 5k race pace effort followed by 2 minutes easy, 1 mile cool-down. I was really tired after this one, but I think that was because it was the first workout we've had since conference. I lifted afterward, which went well.
