This was an interval workout - 10x200m at 40-42 second pace with a 2-minute rest in-between each. I hit each of them at 41 seconds. Fairly easy! I was focused while the reps were going, but once it was done, I was tired. During the lift afterward (after the cooldown), I wasn't able to hit all the weights on all of my lifts (5 lbs. less for 2 of exercises).
