First C/D group workout since my freshman year. I think I handled it pretty well, and the group I was with (Connor, Clay, and Ian) stuck together well. Honestly the hardest part was the first mile, I don't know why but it seemed sooo long. The 6's and 4's were smooth. The second mile felt easier, and the 200's were quick! Overall very happy with the workout.
