4x200 meter hills
Collin and I decided to join Curren in what I thought was going to be a fairly easy workout. I'm glad I joined, but it definitely was not easy. The first set of hills were ok, then the tempo was probably the hardest part for me. I don't really know why - we went 5:45 and then 5:30 but I fell off of them by 2-3 seconds the 2nd mile. I know I can run those paces but I was struggling for that section. And then last set of hills hurt but they flew by. I was exhausted afterwards.
