R.I.P DAY 1:

I’m going to start titling my runs this until I’ve bounced back from this slump. Right now I’m taking iron, working out my legs, and keeping my expectations low. Just gotta stay patient and figure this thing out. But sense I’m already feeling dead I decided to schedule my booster shot, it’s not like I’m going to ruin a great run.
