First ever track workout on Lumberyard. I felt good. I was a little unsure through the first 2-3 400's because I was still finding my rhythm, but it got easier as we went on. Honestly, I could've kept going. I think that's a testament to my group, especially Conner and Ian, those guys are like human metronomes - they can just lock into a pace. I wish I had that ability. It was a good confidence booster - Chapman even told me after the workout that he overheard some runners saying "Mads has a great stride"...which is a statement that I never thought I would hear
