Pretty easy workout, the 800 was 10 seconds fast and still felt pretty easy. The 50 builds were super short, but to be honest I didn't feel that fast. The 450 was the most testing rep, my quads were sore and I don't think I hit a great split. But then the chasers were probably the best, felt smooth and fast. I talked to spitz and I"m hoping to do more B group workouts as well as A.
