Well I'm back on my log again, I've always consistently logged and kept my running ahead updated but lately I haven't been motivated to log or had all that much to log. Things have not been going my way throughout the cross season and continuing now, but I've taken more than enough time off, and way too much time feeling bad for myself and depressed. I have unofficially 2-3 weeks left of recovery before I can run, so it's time to get focused. It's probably going to be difficult to find motivation, like it has been for the a while, but I need to stay mentally hungry and understand the importance of these weeks. I want to have a successful track season I'm proud of, and it has to start with my mentality towards my current situation!
