A little mixed feelings on this workout, I think overall it was good. I as working really hard, and I felt pretty smooth and in control the whole time. Maybe I should've tried to pack up with some guys in front of me, chapman told me afterwards that I sell myself short, maybe but I was just trying to have a good workout and not die. I ran with Ryan for most of the whole thing, he kinda fell off at the end but he was with me for the majority. There's always plenty of room for improvement and this was the first legitimate workout of the season!
