Little "Getting Back In Shape" Tempo

To be honest, I didn't really know what I was doing. I started the warm up thinking I was gonna do a fartlek but once I was running I decided to just go for a tempo. I think I big positive was my ability to not push the first couple miles, I stayed smooth and relaxed. I think I probably could've gone longer, but I don't know if I would've kept building - so 4 miles was perfect. I'm excited to do another one soon
