Notes

Went to visit the PT yesterday becuz my achilles has not been good. Learned that it was most likely being caused by tight calves and fascia. Spent a lot of time intentionally rolling out those areas and I could definitely feel the different today. No pain at all, just some achilles tightness/soreness. Which is a huge improvement.
