800 Thresh 2x(600, 400,400,200)
Second fast on the 800, fast on both the 6’s but the 4’s were rough. Consistently 2-3 seconds slow. And the 200’s I was fast but controlled, I felt like some of the guys were racing me but I just focused on my form. Overall a mess of a workout and it was tough but I got something out of it. Gotta get better!
