Notes

So, I did a little test and I didn't work out my leg before this run to see how that would affect it (I did just a little bit on the roller) and honestly this has been the best run since the first day in Omaha. I have a crazy theory about what happened a few days ago, and why my leg tightens up when I'm in Omaha. But before I reveal this theory I'm going to try to go on a farther run (6 miles) tomorrow morning and see what happens.
