Ran a new route. It included a trail that I haven't been on since the fall. I think the last time I ran on it - I had an awful run. Which makes me appreciate my fitness at the moment. My consistent mileage has been treating me well. Earlier in the day I spent some time looking at races for summer/fall. My main dilemma is I got invited to be a leader on a mission trip to Colorado, which I want to do, but the the trip gets back the day before the Bix. Which I really want to run. I could still do it but I might be exhausted. I gotta figure that out.
