2 mile, 2 mile, 1 mile, 2 mile, 1 mile (2 minutes rest in between) @ 5:30-5:50 pace
Solid workout with Collin, side by side the whole time. The third 2-mile rep was when my legs and butt started to feel fatigued. I didn't want to force it too much so I just did another 1 mile rep and ended it on a positive.
