I had some anxiety for this workout. It was supposed to be the same workout as last week (6x800 @ 2:30), and that was a challenging one for me. I decided to do 4x1200 instead, trying to trick my brain that it was less. I'm not sure what the difference was between last week and this week, but the workout was a breeze and I felt really good. After my reps I decided that I'd do an additional 2x800. I can't wait to hop in some indoor workouts and run with people!
