Ali and I used the UNIDOME for a late night workout - I talked him into doing 400's instead of 200's but after an initial set of 4 we decided it was a lot tougher than we thought and we would go to 200's. The 2's were a lot easier so we decided to do a couple more additional reps - which pushed us to the edge. It was a tough workout, the UNI track is an unforgiving death trap. But Ali and I survived
