Notes
Raced very well, despite not training specifically for a 5k. Altitude played a little factor. Started out strong - first 3/4 was mostly uphill - gradual then somewhat steep. Stayed in control for 2nd mile then gradually increased 3rd mile. Shook off a group of 3 runners who tried to pass me at about 2.5 mile mark. Was completely spent as I crossed the line.
Used i-pod music - at breakfast about 2 hours prior - oatmeal, banana, cinnamon.
