Notes

Lots of rain in forecast but managed to stay dry for my run. Ate Steel cut outs/craisins/honey and big gass of water 90 minutes before run. Had to stop and pee 3 x in first 4 miles. May go back to bagel and PB or Jam on race day. Took gel after 1 hour, 100 calories worth of pretsels at 2 hours and gel with protein and caffeine (20mg) at 3 hr mark. Stomach felt OK, although ast gel may have irrated it slightly. Felt good for the most part, legs very very tired and "hurt" for last 2 miles. first 6 miles felt effortless. Still unsure what pace to shoot for on marathon race day. Wore shorts, 2 shirts - sleeveless drifit and regular drifit along with wind vest. finished strong. Left hamstring an issue before run as well as later in day.
