Kettle bell swings, weighted squats, step ups and lunges, planks, push ups, sit ups, leg extensions and hamstring curls, RDLs, BOSU squats and ankle balances. The ankle feels a little looser this morning after the strength training and stretches (no swelling or discoloration). I'm thinking of switching to some kind of basic yoga -- it may offer even more flexibility and stretching, which seems to be what would benefit this lanky, inflexible guy the most.
