Cross Lanes Nautilus jump start class -- a variety of push-ups and weighted lunges, donkey kicks, squats, step-ups, tricep curls, lateral raises, half-burpees, and jump rope. For some reason I was dragging today -- hopefully in next week's class I'll be back to normal.
