Notes

First trail race since fall... constant rolling hills for 8 miles. In the second half there was far too much 1:1 breathing and I was trying to float the downhills and get my heart rate to come back down. I came closer to falling apart during this one than in any race so far. I ended up over 2 mins behind the winner, but it was my best finish yet - 2nd place!
