Still sick, but I tried to run the interval workout anyway... and failed. The first one was great - very relaxed 7:30 mile (in 2" of snow) and then held that pace a couple of minutes, but I just couldn't hold it the second time around, even after a long rest interval. So I just ran the rest fairly easy. Considering the circumstances, I'm very encouraged by the ease of the one proper interval. Once I'm back to 100% and on a decent surface I have no doubt that my speed has increased once again.
