10x400(80s) w/400 jog recovery(~160s). plus wu/cd. great workout, according to Dave Spillman it was Bannister's. each quarter was harder than the last... the final one I was climbing the ladder for the last 100m, but I stuck to the pace after settling in over the first couple... apparently it means I should be able to pull off a 5:20 mile
