pace tuneup for half marathon, and last workout before Sunday's race. it went pretty well... done with Runkeeper on the phone which gave me overall avg pace at 5 minute intervals so the feedback wasn't the best, but I managed a number of 7ish miles which is only a little slow. Mile splits as follows: 9:48(w/u), 7:01, 7:24, 6:49, 7:03, 7:01, 7:46, 7:40(c/d -ish)
