Notes
This was supposed to be a "very fast" run but it felt like crap the entire time. Probably stopped and walked 6-7 times for 30-60 seconds each time, except for the time Leeta and I ran into the burmese Mountain Dog and stopped and met him for about 3 minutes.
Wore dad's heart rate monitor and could hardly keep my heart rate up in the low 150's despite feeling like I was really really pushing it. Hills felt like mountains. What went wrong?!
