Notes

Wanted to try something different at the gym.

Rested after the elliptical workout for 15 min. Then set the treadmill at 12.0 degree incline and running at 4.2 mph for 2 min. with a 0 degree 90 sec 4.2 mph recovery. I lasted 5 sets.
