Ladders - 400m - 800m -- 1200m -- 1600m - 800m - 800m - 400m. Was going to take it easy and just do 800s because I worked out in the AM but felt good and ran my fastest lap on the final lap of the 1600. I stitched up on the 2nd 1200m though. Added 1.25mi warm up and 1.5mi cooldown
