I need you to email me (don't know your email address). I might not be in Tuesday. Had a bit of groin irritation over the past couple months and might have exaserbated it doing speed work back to back. Its nothing major but I want to be able to run in the fall this year.

Definitely OK to sit out a workout if your body is telling you to rest up. Hope you're feeling better soon!
