FYI--There is no way I ran an 8:31 pace (Guess I need that GPS watch Ben). I'd love it if it were true.... Te one thing I know for sure is that the time was correct and I did go to the Old North Bridge via VA road (Instead of turnin left into the forest at the top of the hill, you instead turn right and follow VA road until it ends....).

Anyway, this was the day of a "blizzard." Thank God I started when I did (I was behind schedule....). About 1/3 of the way into my run, it began to snow...and I got really worried that I freeze to death out there. But, I'm stubborn, I wanted to get the mileage and I kept moving. As I turned from the monumnet, I could see my footprints in the "new" snow....

This ended up being the wettest run I've evern run in New England--everything on my body was soaked. Thank God there was hot water in the gym today!!! On my way home, I told Lisa not to drive to my house (we're broken up anyway) and she's stubborn and began driving...only to turn around and go home (Yes, the snow was that bad). She came the next day...and she was the old (wonderful) Lisa.
