Ran today (Thursday) because I have PT Friday and I can't do both in the same day--it's a time issue. For some reason, I got right up at 4:45 and got ahead of the curve. Feeling better aerobically--which is not the current goal, but awesome! Both achillies were tight (and I did stretch them and my hips before I ran). The Right Knee continues to be an issue. This is the first time I've ran two days in a row--so, we'll have to see how it all works out on my joints
