Ran alone....Scott is TDY. This is the first time this year I had contend with the heat and it absolutley killed me. Not only did my times suffer, I went into the office totally zapped. It wasn't until after lunch (fuel) and near the end of the day did I start to feel normal. took the next day (Friday) and Saturday off in preparation for the BAA 10K on Sunday
