With Lauren. Started at the Vandenberg gate and ran almost to the Old North Bridge (9 miles). Started latr in the day, maybe 9AM. Saw at least four "groups" (they looked organized) of runners taht appeared to be on a team or something similar--and they seemd to be booking. Lauren han't ever run on a trail, she thought the course was beautifula nd it kicked her butt bad. I beleive her (our) pace was about 10:23.
