With Scott.....Reverse Fiske Hill w/extension...and more (Scott tacked it on the end to get 50 mins). Signifcantly colder than yesterday. I ran extremely strong (Scott asked me if I got a second wind while on Wood St). He estimates our pace at 8:15. I was practicing positive thinking...instead of my fear (just read an artilce in Men's health)...it worked! Very happy about this run!
