This is an amended version of the base loop--I'm guessing 4.4 miles. In any case, this is almost double last week's 2.5 miles runs. Goal is one week (M-W-F) of 1.5, one week (M-W-F) of 2.5 and this week (M-W-F) of 4.4. Left knee felt ok, while there was no pain it felt uncomfortable in the area underneath my knee cap (not fun). As I sit and type--the knee is fine...but, still appareantly needs a lot more work (and I've been extremely good about doing my rehab (PT) homework).
