With Scott. Again, little sleep. Ate my "first" bug on the way out (stopped and attempted to exhume the insect but was unsuccessful). The even funnier part is on the way back I almost ate a second. This is my first Merriam's run (10K) this year...and I have a 10K in the Boston with Scott on 24 Jun 12. Oh, we ran through the "pre" filming of the movie "Grown-ups 2" as we went out the Vandenberg gate. We saw three State cops and people (non-state employees) removing the road sign. On the return rout there were about 100 people near the entrance of the civilian airfield. They say people went out at lunchtime and took pics with Adam Sandler and another star...oh well.
