Much warmer than yesterday--it was a really nice run. My achillies are both hurting.....not sure why but they are. Pulling Gwen out of car seat didn't help my right achillies on Sunday, but I'm OK to run. Had an incident with the gate guard coming in the Vandenberg Gate this morning. This A1C threatened to arrest much (i.e., "You'll be in trouble") if I ran along the sidewalk...near the search pit. Yes, that same search pit we run by everyday, for the last 5+ years. He told me, "The dog will get you." Really? We run by the dog every morning without incident, but today this A1C is changing the rules for the base???? Ugh. So, I'm now forced to run on the opposite side of the road, where there are no sidewalks, becasue this A1C wants it this way. I'm making a complaint.....we've run this was for over 5 years, and this XXXXX is threatening to arrest me.....for what?????????????
