Bad week. Lazy Mon/Wed (got up late), rained Tuesday...so I HAD to get out. Tommy is in TX most of last week and all of this week. Felt cold (64*) compared to recent mornings, but a good temp to run in. Odd run--I was asked and took a guy's picture on the return, on the uphill side of the second bridge. Also, two bikers--all decked out but amateurs, almost ran me over as I was cresting the last hill. It wasn't that bad, just very annoying that they couldn't at least be courteous. This was a very comfortable run...I barely broke the 9 minutes pace, but the good news is I did! Hope to run this distance (and further) in the low 8's.
