Not sure of the disatnce....thinking it should be 9.33, not 10 miles. Tommy feel out at 0500 -- he's still having problems with his foot. I'm thinking his half-marathon dreams for this year may, sadly, not be a reality--but, we'll see. I was 100% soaked at the end of the run....not matter how fast or slow I ran. Felt like crap, menatlly, afterward telling eveyone a guy in a wheel chair could have out run me today....I need to run more!
