New Balance 890v4 (Brodelex)
First solo run in a while. Felt great.... Right knew was tweaked at Tricia's last night...iced it. However, right knee was the one aching -- so I iced it too. Woke up with left knee hurting and post today's run it feels tweaked...ugh
