Rehab Run

Notes

Increasing my runs this week to 2.5. Adding the CE loop to the AFRL portion of the base loop. Intend to run this M-W-F this week. Still in rehab (PT)--as I go tomorrow. I was good at doing all my PT homework this week...I didn't miss a day (and I helped Lauren stain four of her decks on Sunday). I do all my achillies & hip stretches before my run (it's a time issue...or I'd do more). And when I get home tonight I work on the roller....
