Unbelievable traffic--left the house at 6:45...trip should have been about 30 mins. Instead it was 45 mins....It was a chilly 36 degrees and I didn't get much sleep...I felt like I was running extremely fast--like unbelievably fast. I know from many decades ago, there will be days you feel like you had a lead weight in your pocket, and in real life you ran pretty fast. then there are other days where you feel like you're flying--but, you're not. This was one of those days. I had the joy of feeling like I was running very fast, temper by reality. Not the realization of some grea dream, but a GREAT day anyway. I'm healthy, I had a good run to start my day............all days should start this way!
