Shortened base loop (I was 10 mins late and Scott had an 0800)...normal run w/o CE Loop. This is so hard....only running twice a week....with a Gazelle. On the positive side, I had two great (short) weight lifting session on 1 & 3 May. I need balance...trying to lift, stretch and do core....and I can't do any of the three really well in the time allotted
